If you are looking for a new home in New York City, consider the neighborhood of Great Kills on Staten Island. This secluded area is known for its waterfront views, tight-knit community and high-quality schools. It’s also a short commute to Manhattan. Another option is Riverdale in the Bronx, which is known for its safe streets, low crime rate and good public schools.
